Kathleen brings a sophisticated understanding of criminology and a deep commitment to justice to her work as a lawyer at AGP LLP. Called to the Ontario Bar in 2025, she maintains a full trial practice, where she advocates tirelessly for her clients both inside and outside the courtroom.
With an Honours Bachelor of Social Science in Criminology and a minor in Sociology from the University of Ottawa, Kathleen developed a nuanced perspective on the complexities of criminal behaviour and its broader social impacts. She built on this foundation by earning her law degree, where she quickly stood out for her dedication, skill, and genuine care for the people she represents.
During law school, Kathleen was an active member of the University of Ottawa Criminal Law Student Association, demonstrating her leadership and her passion for advancing justice. She carries that same energy into her practice today, working closely with clients to ensure they feel supported, informed, and empowered as they navigate the legal system.
Known for her meticulous attention to detail and strategic mindset, Kathleen approaches every case with both precision and compassion. She is proud to be part of AGP LLP’s team of advocates and shares the firm’s vision of delivering exceptional outcomes while never losing sight of the people at the heart of every case.
